Daniel Bagley Families Monday Message, April 22, 2024
Bagley Families,
Student Council is excited to host this week’s Bagley assembly which highlights ways that classrooms have collaborated to serve our community. We also hope that families can participate in our school’s mission to collaborate and serve by joining us for the 2nd Annual Spring into Action Night, May 1st from 5:30-7:30. If you can’t join, consider donating items to our care packs and more. Follow this link to donate items or time. We will be putting together Care Packs for Aurora Commons and making PB&J Sandwiches for Operation Nightwatch.
Volunteer Appreciation Week
This week, please stop by our cart on the playground or the office if you’ve volunteered your time as a class helper, a hallway tutor, attended a field trip, supported the office or lunch room, or volunteered for our school in other ways. Our students have made you small gifts and notes as a Thank YOU for your time supporting our community.
Progress Reports
If you haven’t viewed your 2nd Trimester Progress Report your child’s individual report was posted on The Source on April 8th. You can choose the menu at the left hand side of the screen after logging in and choose Elementary Progress Report.
Yearbooks for All
Last week a Yearbook Flyer/Order Form went home with students.
Our yearbook offers an opportunity for every student to feel like a valued member of our school. When yearbooks are passed out to each class the last week of school we want ALL STUDENTS to feel included. Similar to our yearly school shirts, every student will receive a yearbook. To offset the cost of the yearbook and make it equitably accessible to everyone, please consider purchasing an ad page and/or making a donation.
Do you have a business or know of a business that would like to advertise in our yearbook? Ad content is due to Barbara Alfeo bagley.bee.yearbook@gmail.com by May 4th: For the best quality, image/ad resolution should be 300 dpi.
Nectar News
The Nectar News is shared with students every Monday to educate and celebrate Bagley student news, identity, and expectations. Check your emailed update for the link.
Appreciations
Each week we share appreciations for our staff and adult community at Bagley in the Nectar News video. We would love it if families wanted to take some time to share a shout out at this link. Bagley Appreciations Link
