Bagley’s Monday Message

Bagley Families,

It has been such a special year, full of events to revive the hive! Field Day was a great example of how our community came together for fun and connections. Take a look at the Nectar News this week for photos and videos of the event. I have loved learning from you, parents, your children, and our staff. Thank you for continuing to reach out with new ideas and feedback for our school, so that we can continue to grow a caring and effective learning environment for our students.

We’ll be saying goodbye to three fantastic staff this week. Molly Cady, Kate Wise, and Ann Pulkkinen have been an important part of our school. Molly, as a Distinct classroom IA, Kate, as a special education resource teacher, and Ann, as our social worker. We are excited for the fun life events that are ahead of them but will miss their energy and expertise in supporting our students.

Over the summer, your child can take advantage of some digital apps through their Clever log in on the SPS District website. Reading A-Z and Successmaker are reading and math apps that are set to be individualized to target your child’s learning needs. In addition, our school will be learning more about these math games next year. They are easy to try with your child if you are interested: Math for Love Lessons and Games You can also take advantage of summer food supports. See below for more details.

This summer we will have our school playground accessible and unlocked, via the back gate (by the dumpster). However, if there is any kind of damage to our playground, we will need to re-lock it.

Nectar News

Every Monday teachers will show the Nectar News to share upcoming events, appreciations, and to educate and celebrate varied cultures and school expectations. Check your email/texts for the link.

Celebrate last day of school 6/30 on the playground!

The PTA will be handing out treats to students at the end of the day on the last day of school, and the Bagley playground will be open all afternoon, so stay and play and celebrate the last day of school! Reminder, it is 1-hour early release (1:25pm).

Summer yearbook ordering

If you missed ordering a yearbook, there is still time to get one. Purchase a yearbook.
