    Weekly Update 1/29/21
    Posted on 02/08/2021

    Dear Families,

I hope you and your family are continuing to stay healthy and safe during these uncertain times. Please be kind to yourselves and know that while academics are important, now is also important to take care of our emotional selves too. Rest, exercise, time together off of devices are so vital as we continue to get through this pandemic together.

    Black Lives Matter Week

February 1st-5th - At Daniel Bagley, we are using this week to bring our school community together with the goal of ensuring all our students are successful, regardless of race, language, culture, ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender, unique abilities, religion, or immigration status. Teachers will be selecting developmentally, age-appropriate lessons that help students think and talk about how we make sure that everyone is treated fairly, regardless of the color of their skin. We will highlight some of this important learning at our February community assembly at the end of the month.

Race and Equity Instructional Design Committee Updates

On Wednesday the School Board unanimously approved the proposal to remove the separate Montessori enrollment process at Daniel Bagley.
